About the role
About Lemma Lemma is the banking platform built exclusively for healthcare. Practices run their accounts, get paid, and automatically reconcile insurance payments in one place, instead of juggling a bank, a billing tool, and a spreadsheet. We're early, the traction is real, and customers love the product. Now we need someone to pour fuel on it.
Plenty of companies put "ownership" on the careers page. Here it actually means something. Everyone is expected to rise to the occasion, and you'll be given full trust to take that ownership from day 1.
What makes Lemma a joy to build at: We ship something that feels magical to customers every single week. The distance between "maybe we should" and "it's live" is days, not months. People fix what's broken without waiting for permission. Whoever is closest to a problem is trusted to solve it, and they do.
The Role We're hiring a GTM/Growth generalist. We've figured out what works, and you're here to scale it by: running experiments across every channel, talking to customers constantly, and owning the systems that turn interest into revenue. Your work hits the top line in weeks, not quarters.
This is the kind of seat that becomes Chief of Staff, Head of Growth, Strategy, or Product within 18 months.
What You'll Own Top-of-funnel growth: outbound, content, partnerships, and paid experiments to bring qualified practices to Lemma. Customer conversations: discovery, demos, and win/loss, turned into sharper messaging and product feedback. The GTM engine: CRM, sequences, and dashboards that let a small team punch far above its weight. Experiments end to end: hypothesis, ship, measure, kill what fails, double down on what works. The metrics that matter (CAC, conversion, pipeline, activation), and telling the team the truth about them. Whatever moves the number, regardless of title.
Who You Are Roughly two years out of a top consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey) or a bulge-bracket bank (GS, JPM, MS etc.), or an equally demanding analytical track. A strong undergraduate background. A true generalist: analytical and AI-fluent, at home in a spreadsheet and on a sales call in the same hour. A builder. You've started or grown something from scratch, whether a company, a club, a product, or an organization and grew it. Bias to action. You'd rather ship a rough test this week than a perfect plan next month. Comfortable with ambiguity and a blank playbook. You build the process, you don't inherit it. Low ego, high standards, obsessed with the customer.
Why Join Founding-level ownership of growth at a company with real traction and a great product A direct line to the co-founders (who are serial founders - combined capital raised $1B) and a front-row seat to how a company gets built Work that shows up in revenue, not slides Competitive salary and meaningful early-stage equity
