Location: Stittsville, Ontario | Type: Full-Time | Salary: $80,000/yr

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to help shape our workplace culture, build high-performing teams, and ensure compliance across our operations. This is a dynamic role with influence across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, training, and organizational growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle—from posting to onboarding—ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Build proactive recruitment strategies and partnerships.
Foster a Positive Workplace:
- Address employee relations issues promptly and constructively.
- Promote engagement through recognition, wellness, and development initiatives.
Drive Learning & Performance:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Oversee performance management and succession planning.
Manage Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:
- Administer benefits and payroll processes.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Champion Safety & Well-Being:
- Lead health and safety programs to ensure a safe workplace.
- Coordinate safety training and wellness initiatives.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS (e.g., ADP), and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- College degree in HR or related field (HR Management certification an asset).
- Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset.
