Be the Heart of the Journey
From the moment the phone rings to the time a passenger boards, you’re the person who keeps the journey running smoothly. One call might be booking a ticket or processing a payment, the next could be helping a driver with their route or arranging a last-minute hotel room. Between assisting customers and supporting our drivers, you’ll keep schedules organized, and details handled so every trip is on track. If you love variety, teamwork, and making travel easier for everyone, your seat is waiting.
What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online

Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations

Process payments and booking transactions

Support customers with our online booking system

Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding

Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy

Keep the ticket office organized and stocked

Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, service-first attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Quick learner with great attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
- Reliable team player who works well independently as well as with a team
- Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check
- Relevant job experience is considered an asset
