About the role
The IT Functional Analyst (F&O) will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into technological solutions in D365 F&O.
MORE PRECISELY
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional needs.
- Translate business requirements into D365 F&O solutions (configuration, design, module integration).
- Participate in all phases of the full D365 F&O implementation and support workshops with the various teams.
- Write functional documentation (FDD: reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows).
- Support the technical team during development and conduct user demonstrations.
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience in supply chain management, purchasing, inventory, or finance in D365 F&O.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to translate them into solutions. Technology
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, or equivalent
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (an asset)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (English required; French an asset)
