OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level technology and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in project delivery, strong leadership, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

  • Plan, lead, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of complex client-based projects and deliverables.
  • Monitor and control project performance by maintaining accurate status reports, managing risks and issues, and tracking change requests to ensure adherence to scope and objectives.
  • Analyze business challenges to design and implement effective solutions that address user, process, technology, and data requirements, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope and requirements, develop executable project plans, and establish clear resource, timeline, and cost expectations.
  • Leverage data and analytics expertise to deliver solutions that meet client business objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate discovery and requirement-gathering sessions, document user stories, and collaborate with technical teams to define sprint scope and priorities.
  • Manage all key project elements, including scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications, to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
  • Identify and proactively address potential non-technical risks and points of resistance, developing mitigation strategies and change management plans.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of a related college diploma (Business Administration and/or IT) and relevant experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and French is required— written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full lifecycle project delivery using Agile methodology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, managing multiple related projects aligned with organizational strategic objectives, including Coordinating cross-functional teams across projects, Managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating effective communication among stakeholder groups
  • Experience in change management activities is preferred
  • Experience in cost estimation, resource planning, and project time management would be considered an asset
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred
