The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to build and scale our recruiting function from the ground up. While we have a recruiting team in place, the function today is under-structured and in need of strong leadership. You’ll design, organize, and professionalize the department, transforming it into a world-class hiring engine.
You’ll oversee a globally distributed recruiting team (4 full-time recruiters and 2–3 contractors) spread across LATAM, Canada, South Africa, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and the Philippines. Your job is to create clarity, set priorities, and drive high performance across the team.
Your mission:
- Build a world-class talent acquisition function with strong processes, systems, and standards.
- Drive recruitment performance with clear KPIs, reporting, and accountability.
- Shorten our time-to-hire window and increase hiring capacity to 10–20 roles per month.
- Implement and roll out a best-fit Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to modernize and scale operations.
- Deliver exceptional marketing and creative talent as well as top-tier business hires.
- Ensure every hire meets InBeat’s high bar for taste, creativity, and excellence.
This role is for someone with both strategic vision and operational muscle—someone who thrives on building functions from scratch, setting KPIs, and scaling systems, but also has the taste and discernment to spot world-class talent across creative and business disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the Function: Establish and structure InBeat’s recruiting department into a best-in-class operation, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Recruitment Leadership: Lead and mentor a global recruiting team of 4 FTEs and 2–3 contractors, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution against business needs.
- Hiring Strategy: Partner with executives and department heads to forecast hiring needs, translate them into clear recruiting priorities, and align with growth goals.
- Marketing & Creative Recruitment: Drive hiring for roles such as creative strategists, copywriters, designers, video editors, and other creative talent with a strong emphasis on taste and quality.
- Business Function Recruitment: Recruit account managers, operations staff, and other non-creative roles critical to the company’s scale.
- Performance Management: Define, track, and report on KPIs including time-to-hire, hiring capacity (roles filled per month), and executive satisfaction scores.
- ATS Implementation: Select, implement, and manage a modern ATS to centralize workflows, improve sourcing, and scale recruiting efficiency.
- Culture & Taste: Uphold and enforce InBeat’s high bar of excellence by ensuring all hires raise the average, not lower it.
What Success Looks Like
- Hiring capacity of 10–20 roles per month achieved consistently.
- Time-to-hire for key roles shortened and optimized.
- Clear monthly KPI reporting delivered to executives.

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success building or transforming recruiting functions in high-growth companies.
- Strong track record in both marketing recruitment and creative recruitment.
- Experience managing large, distributed international recruiting teams.
- Demonstrated ability to scale hiring to 10–20+ roles per month.
- Exceptional taste and ability to identify top-tier creative talent.
- Strong operational expertise—KPIs, reporting, ATS implementation, and scalable systems.
- Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
- Agency or creative industry experience is a must.
