- Experience: 3-10 years in performance marketing with direct ownership of large paid budgets ($1M+ annually)
- Mastery of Google Ads is a must. Familiarity with Meta and programmatic platforms like Stackadapt is very nice to have

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to drive our customer acquisition and growth strategy through data-led digital marketing with a core focus on Paid Search, Youtube, and Programmatic
- As a senior member of the marketing team, you will take ownership of paid media performance, identify scalable growth opportunities, and ensure that every marketing dollar contributes to long-term revenue growth
- This role is highly cross-functional, requiring a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical rigor
- You’ll manage multi-million-dollar budgets across paid channels, optimize campaigns at scale, and build frameworks for continuous experimentation and learning
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels with a core focus on Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Collaborate with leadership to define channel mix, budget allocation, and growth targets
- Own, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search Ads, Youtube, Bing, Programmatic and potentially other digital channels. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Help sustainably test and scale new and unproven channels
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize CAC
- Own marketing performance dashboards, ensuring transparency of KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS etc.)
- Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to identify growth opportunities
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with product, design, and content teams to align campaigns with brand positioning and messaging
- Partner with sales and customer success to optimize lead quality and pipeline generation
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new tools, channels, and strategies
- Lead experimentation initiatives to discover new growth levers
