Job Description:
Flex Point Security, one of the GTA’s leading security providers, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. We deliver exceptional security services and operate Flex Point Academy, our training division that offers security guard courses, CPR certification, and more.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle client communications, manage schedules, maintain records, and assist with reporting. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Coordination: Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize appointments, meetings, and training sessions for staff and clients.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, databases, and company documentation.
• Report Preparation: Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Document Management: Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, contracts, and service agreements.
• General Support: Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support.
• Must be studying or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
