Join the Ultimate Renovations team as a Residential Project Manager and take ownership of delivering high-end renovation projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Design, Sales, and Project Coordination teams to bring award-winning projects to life. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering award-winning transformations.
Position Overview:
As a Residential Project Manager at Ultimate Renovations, you will play a crucial role in managing renovation projects from start to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining quality control, and ensuring each project aligns with our standards and client expectations. You will be supported by our Project Coordinators, Project Administrator, and our dynamic Design Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage residential renovation projects from inception to completion.
- Organize and coordinate the day-to-day activities of trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans and schedules.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators and the Project Administrator to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential renovation or construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
