Job Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning Workforce Management processes between Quebec and Ontario. As a WFM specialist and super‑user, you will act as a reference point for operational teams while contributing to improvement initiatives, analytical projects and cross‑provincial transformation efforts.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, conduct operational analyses, develop process recommendations and prepare high‑quality executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, document, and optimize WFM processes to ensure alignment across provinces (QC/ON).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the deployment of new tools or features.
  • Act as a WFM super‑user and subject‑matter expert (technical support, troubleshooting, best practices).
  • Prepare analytical reports, dashboards and insights to support decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations for leadership and operational teams.
  • Work with managers, operational teams and partners to understand needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support training and communication activities related to process updates.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to strengthen WFM operational excellence.

Critical Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of operational or WFM environments (planning, analysis or coordination).
  • Excellent analytical skills: data interpretation, problem solving, synthesis.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience in customer service, coordination, administration or similar roles.
  • Excellent priority management skills, with strong autonomy and a keen sense of urgency.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in process improvement, projects or business analysis.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning systems or tools.
  • Knowledge of Orario, JIRA and/or SAP.

Additional Information Position Type : Professional (P2), Non-management

Job Status : Permanent – Full-time

Possible Work Location : Mississauga, ON or Boucherville, QC

Mode de travail : Remote (with on‑site presence required approximately once per month)

Schedule : Works during regular business hours and may be required to work evenings or weekends based on operational needs

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
