StandardAero is seeking a motivated, eager, and innovative student looking to join our Engineering Team in Winnipeg MB CA for the 2026 summer term. As an intern at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Perform Lab Procedure Revisions
- Perform Technical Manual Reviews
- Perform Standards Implementation Gap Analysis (ISO 17025 & NADCAP Accreditation)
- Review various Tooling Requirements and implement into production
- Write Technical Reports and Procedures
- Coordinate Process Improvement Initiatives
- Identify Alternative Procedures and implement into production
- Other Projects as assigned
What Skills you’ll use:
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
- Working experience/knowledge on Computers and MS Office.
- Completed 1 st Year of Engineering/Technologist Studies (minimum).
Preferred Qualification:
- Strong Project Management Skills.
- Good understanding of basis Mechanical Engineering Principles.

These two divisions represent the core strengths of StandardAero, our exhaustive engine maintenance, repair and overhaul services capabilities and our significant portfolio of component repair services for business aviation, commercial aviation, military, fixed wing, helicopter and industrial power customers.
