Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par les Ministères français de l’Europe et des Affaires Etrangères, du Ministère de l’Economie et des Finances et du Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la Cohésion des territoires et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut débuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvième anniversaire )
• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.
• Être impérativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

Un poste sous contrat VIE en Innovation numérique et industrielle A220 est à pourvoir au sein d’ Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) / ACLP) à Mirabel . Vous rejoindrez le département ABOE .

Dans ce rôle, vous appuierez la direction de l'Ingénierie de fabrication A220 afin de définir et de mettre en œuvre les feuilles de route pour l'innovation numérique, la transformation des processus et le développement des compétences. Votre mandat couvrira tous les projets A220 en Pré-FAL et FAL à Mirabel et à Mobile. Ce poste requiert une collaboration inter fonctionnelle étroite avec les équipes de l'Ingénierie de fabrication, de la Transformation, de la TI et des RH pour développer et implanter des solutions.

Missions et responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge des activités principales suivantes :

• Participer à la définition de la feuille de route des Innovations numériques et industrielles pour la VSM, puis déployer et suivre son exécution à travers 4 piliers dédiés :
• Usine avancée (Advanced Factory) : Axé sur les moyens de production
• Atelier numérique (Digital Shopfloor) : Axé sur l'exécution en atelier.
• Ingénierie de fabrication numérique (Digital ME) : Axé sur la transformation et les outils de l'Ingénierie de fabrication.
• Intelligence des données (Data Intelligence) : Axé sur l'ingestion, la structuration et les outils de données.
• Appuyer la mise en place et la gestion de partenariats avec des parties prenantes internes et externes, incluant l'écosystème des startups, les institutions fédérales et provinciales, ainsi qu'Airbus en Europe.
• Soutenir la transformation de l'Ingénierie de fabrication (projet TransforME ) afin de préparer le département aux nouveaux développements en améliorant les processus, méthodes et outils de l'Ingénierie de fabrication (ME).
• Contribuer à la structuration et au développement de l'Académie ME en collaboration étroite avec les RH et l'Académie ME européenne, afin de renforcer les compétences et les parcours de carrière.
• Piloter et déployer de manière autonome des projets spécifiques, incluant la création d'applications et d'outils pour soutenir l'Ingénierie de fabrication de l'A220.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir maximum deux fois/année principalement aux États-Unis (Mobile, Alabama) et, de ce fait, vous devez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

Baccalauréat en génie manufacturier, en génie ou dans un domaine pertinent; l'obtention d'une certification en technologie est un atout.

Maîtrise (en génie), un atout.

Des compétences en codage (Python, etc.), en IA agentique, en apprentissage automatique, en réalité virtuelle/augmentée, ainsi que la connaissance de Google Workplace et de Gemini constitueront un atout majeur.

Intérêt pour le secteur de la production et de l'aéronautique.

Intérêt pour un environnement de travail multiculturel. En outre, vous êtes en mesure de démontrer les compétences suivantes :

• Vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne de projets multidisciplinaires afin d'atteindre les objectifs de performance, de coût et de qualité. Une partie essentielle de votre rôle consistera à définir et à mettre en œuvre les processus et outils nécessaires pour assurer l'efficacité opérationnelle et la conformité stricte avec les exigences légales et de navigabilité.
• Vous négocierez avec diverses fonctions pour assurer la bonne intégration des projets et garantir des niveaux de dotation adéquats. Vous gérerez les interfaces et les relations avec l'ensemble des équipes fonctionnelles et les responsables des fonctions A220 (Programme, Approvisionnement, Ingénierie, Opérations, Qualité, etc.).
• Sens de l'écoute, négociation, gestion des conflits, communication et compétences interculturelles dans un contexte international.
• Compétences linguistiques : Niveau avancé en français et niveau intermédiaire en anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

A VIE for a A220 Digital & Industrial Innovation position has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) / ACLP in Mirabel . You will join the ABOE team.

In this role, you will support A220 Manufacturing Engineering leadership to define and execute the roadmaps for digital innovation, process transformation, and competence development. Your scope covers all A220 Pre-FAL and FAL projects in Mirabel and Mobile. This position requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Transformation, IM, and HR teams to develop and implement solutions.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

• Participate in defining the VSM Digital and Industrial Innovations roadmap, then deploy and monitor its execution across 4 dedicated pillars:

• Advanced Factory: Focus on production means.

• Digital Shopfloor: Focus on shop floor execution.

• Digital ME: Focus on Manufacturing Engineering transformation and tools.

• Data Intelligence: Focus on data ingestion, structuring, and tools.

• Support the establishment and execution of partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including the startup ecosystem, federal/provincial institutions, and Airbus in Europe.

• Support the Transformation of Manufacturing Engineering (TransforME) to prepare the department for new developments by improving ME processes, methods, and tools.

• Assist in structuring and developing the ME Academy in close collaboration with HR and the European ME Academy to reinforce competence and career paths.

• Independently steer and deploy specific projects, including building applications and tools to support A220 Manufacturing Engineering.

This role will involve some travels for business, maximum twice/year mainly in the USA (Mobile, Alabama) and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required Skills You have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or a relevant field and completion of a technology certification, preferred.
• Master's degree preferred (Engineering)
• Coding (python, ...), agentic AI, machine learning, Virtual/Augmented Reality, Google workplace and Gemini will be a strong plus.
• Interest in the Production and Aviation sector.
• Interest in multicultural work environment.

in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multi-skilled projects to meet performance, cost, and quality objectives. A critical part of your role is to define and implement the necessary processes and tools to ensure operational efficiency and strict compliance with legal and airworthiness requirements.
• You will negotiate with various functions to ensure proper project integration and secure adequate levels of staffing for projects. You will manage interfaces and relationships across all functional teams and heads of A220 functions (Program, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Quality, etc.)
• Listening, negotiation, conflict management, communication and intercultural skills in an international context
• Language Skills: Advanced level of French spoken and written and Intermediate level of English spoken and written
