Position: Maintenance Technician (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: West Point Grey, Vancouver, British Columbia

Tribe Management is part of the Tribe Property Technologies family. Responsibilities
This role will require someone to be ONSITE Monday to Friday (9-5). Reporting to the building management team, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance duties at a residential property which includes but is not limited to:
- Minor appliance repair and fixture installation
- Minor heating and plumbing repairs
- Minor repair of electrical systems
- Other repairs such as basic carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
- Inspection of common areas and premises
- Communication with contractors, the property management team and other parties, as required (i.e., email, phone, etc.)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Two (2) years’ experience with building operational systems (i.e., drywall repairs, general maintenance, mechanical, electrical and plumbing preferred)
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow direction and work without supervision
- A professional and service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication/computer skills; both verbal and written
- Access to reliable vehicle transportation to aide in supplies procurement
- Availability to work weekends/on-call rotation for after hour emergencies
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act an asset, but not required
