About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Transformation Delivery to lead our low-code solution delivery team and support transformation initiatives within Group Benefits Operations. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role accountable for owning end-to-end solution delivery using Microsoft Power Platform, driving operational transformation, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will combine people leadership with practical experience delivering technology-enabled solutions and must be capable of providing technical direction and coaching to a team of low-code, automation, and AI experts. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a complex stakeholder environment and is passionate about leveraging technology, automation, and Generative AI to solve business problems and improve customer and employee experiences.
Position Responsibilities
Low-Code Solution Delivery (Power Platform) Own the end-to-end delivery of Group Benefits Operations low-code solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, from intake through implementation, adoption, and ongoing sustainability. Provide delivery leadership and technical guidance to a team of low-code developers and transformation practitioners, leveraging personal delivery experience to mentor and challenge solution approaches. Partner with IT, Product, Security, and Risk to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant. Establish delivery standards, intake processes, prioritization practices, and governance for low-code initiatives. Work closely with business partners to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions. Drive adoption and sustainability of solutions through effective change management and transition planning. Ensure delivery outcomes are predictable, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
People Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of low-code developers and transformation practitioners. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Set clear expectations for quality, delivery, and professional development. Support talent planning, performance management, and succession development within the team.
Transformation Delivery & Continuous Improvement
Lead the delivery of transformation initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, customer experience, and employee experience. Apply continuous improvement and data-driven problem-solving techniques to identify and address business challenges. Monitor and report on delivery outcomes, benefits realization, risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health. Drive greater delivery predictability through effective planning, governance, and performance reporting. Influence stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Business functions to align priorities and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of progressive experience in transformation, operational excellence, technology delivery, solution delivery leadership, or related roles. 3–5 years of people leadership experience leading high-performing teams. Demonstrated hands-on experience owning and delivering low-code, workflow, automation, digital, or technology-enabled solutions from concept through implementation and adoption. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and Generative AI, with practical experience identifying, implementing, or leading AI-enabled productivity and automation solutions. Demonstrated ability to understand business problems and determine the most effective solution approach. Proven track record delivering initiatives with measurable business outcomes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Experience influencing outcomes and priorities with Directors, AVPs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within Group Benefits, Insurance, or Financial Services operations. Experience with workflow, automation, analytics, or citizen development programs. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supporting enterprise transformation or operational modernization initiatives. Demonstrated success implementing Generative AI or AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Referenced Salary Location
Waterloo, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $93,390.00 CAD - $143,390.00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
