Summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Organic Analyst to join our IT systems development team on a 1-year fixed term employment basis. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative technology solutions, leveraging modern Microsoft and cloud-based technologies in an Agile environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Participate in the estimation of project stories and collaborate with team members to break down stories into actionable tasks.
  • Support developers in the execution of programming units and actively contribute to maintaining high code quality through documentation and code reviews.
  • Propose, design, and develop IT systems solutions in line with established standards, and communicate potential impacts to architecture consultants.
  • Conduct proofs of concept to validate complex architectures and recommend the acquisition and evaluation of technological products.
  • Provide technical support, investigate and resolve problems, incidents, and alerts, and act as a subject matter expert in development tools, security models, and development standards.
  • Prepare and maintain key project deliverables, including implementation plans, quality assurance reports, test files, production files, operations guides, and other relevant documentation.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT field.
  • At least 3 years of recent experience (within the last 6 years) as an Organic Analyst utilizing the following technologies:
    • SharePoint 2016 or Subscription Edition (SE)
    • SQL Server 2019, 2022 or higher, or Oracle 19c
    • Npm
    • Angular
    • .NET 4.5 or Core.NET
    • Azure DevOps 2019 or newer
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing IT systems in an Agile environment using cloud infrastructures or solutions (e.g., Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Completion of at least 2 application development projects utilizing recent Microsoft technologies for development (.NET).
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile project settings.

Assets:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education (equivalency accepted as per government standards).
  • Experience with Axios and Xlsx.
  • Experience in supporting and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Deliverables:

  • Implementation plans and solution documentation
  • Quality assurance reports and test files (including specifications and test sets)
  • Production files and operations guides
  • Documentation related to component and project management
  • Other deliverables as required by the project

Note: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
