General Description

As a Customer Service Supervisor with us, the minimum responsibilities are:
Supervise, coach, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure high performance, engagement, and service excellence Monitor call volume, service levels, and team productivity to ensure operational targets are met Assist with handling escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and complex billing or service issues Oversee customer account management, including service setup, modifications, cancellations, and billing accuracy Collaborate with internal departments (operations, dispatch, billing) to resolve issues and improve service delivery Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards Provide training, performance feedback, and ongoing development to team members Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and efficiency
What We Need From You
Minimum 2–3 years of high-volume Customer Service experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills Experience handling escalated customer issues and driving resolution Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
