About the role

Who you are

  • Candidates who are motivated by the challenge of imposing order, enhancing efficiency, and providing clarity to this complex, high-velocity operational engine are encouraged to submit their application
  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or BD Operations at a high-growth company, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Experience building and managing outreach sequences
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and standards
  • Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation
  • Strong business sense and ability to get people on board with changes
  • Experience performing basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Good stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with BD leadership
  • Proactive mindset: you identify problems before they're escalated
  • Resourceful with strong research skills, comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Can handle ambiguity and work independently
  • Manage multiple projects at once and keep people updated without being asked
  • Able to work and travel within and outside Canada when needed
  • Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism)
  • SOQL or SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Zapier or similar automation platforms
  • Experience with AI transformation or AI integration in operational processes
  • HTML or CSS knowledge
  • We use a mix of tools and you don't need to know all of them coming in. Learning agility matters more than checking every box:
  • Sales Engagement: Outreach.io
  • CRM: Salesforce
  • Meeting/Calendar Management: Chili Piper
  • Intent & Signals: UserGems
  • Automation: Zapier
  • Data Enrichment: ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism, and others
  • Sales Intelligence: Gong, Sales Navigator
  • Analytics: Salesforce reporting, Google Sheets/Excel
  • If you've used some of these or similar tools and can figure out the rest, you'll be fine

What the job involves

  • You'll be the operational engine behind our Global Business Development team. That means owning the tools BDs rely on daily, building sequences that actually convert, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between "lead generated" and "meeting booked."
  • You will be a key contributor to the ongoing AI transformation in Pre-Sales Operations. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to replace routine tasks with automation and AI, enabling human expertise to focus on complex judgment and decision-making
  • You'll own the outreach engine that powers BD activity:
  • Build, optimize, and maintain sequences in Outreach.io based on campaign strategies and BD feedback
  • Create and manage email templates, call scripts, and task workflows
  • Configure and maintain Outreach ↔ Salesforce sync and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Monitor sequence performance metrics and recommend optimizations
  • Partner with BD leadership to translate strategy into executable sequences
  • Manage Outreach user support: onboarding, troubleshooting, best practices training
  • When something breaks (and things break), you troubleshoot it. When a BD manager needs a new sequence built, you build it
  • You'll be the go-to person for BD tools and systems:
  • Own day-to-day administration of Outreach, Chili Piper, and UserGems
  • Manage meeting routing, round-robin logic, and calendar tool configuration
  • Process requests for data pulls, list imports, and enrichment
  • Provide responsive user support across 40+ BDs and leadership
  • Evaluate tool performance and work with Enablement on adoption
  • Support vendor management: evaluate contracts, track renewals, assess new tools
  • You'll drive efficiency through automation and proactive process optimization:
  • Build and maintain automations that reduce manual work for BDs
  • Identify bottlenecks in the top-of-funnel process and propose solutions
  • Proactively surface funnel process improvements to leadership
  • Configure and maintain Zapier workflows (nice-to-have)
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Operations team on long-term transformation projects
  • Manage territory and account assignment processes
  • Support quota and capacity planning for BD teams
  • Maintain account routing rules and assignment logic in Salesforce
  • Partner with leadership on headcount planning data needs
  • You'll own the data story for BD performance:
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for BD teams
  • Create and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadences
  • Prep data and insights for QBRs and pipeline reviews
  • Track top-of-funnel conversion metrics and flag problems before they impact pipeline
  • Maintain internal Ops reports and dashboards
  • Analyze sequence and outreach performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain operational documentation and playbooks
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations
  • Own process documentation and governance standards
  • Maintain QA processes for data capture and normalization
  • Drive adoption of new processes through clear documentation and training
