We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Engineer where you will leverage your expertise in IT Service Management Networking and Desktop Support to drive impactful solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our IT services. This position offers a day shift schedule ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

In this role, you will:
- Provide imaging and remote desktop support to resolve technical issues promptly and maintain high user satisfaction.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telecom solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage technical bars to handle user walk ups, log tickets and provide exceptional service for device issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Conduct regular assessments of IT processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):
- Extensive knowledge of home office and office systems.
- Demonstrate ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
- Have hands-on experience in Desktop Support particularly in remote environments.
- Possess a strong background in IT Service Management with proven experience in implementing best practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Have an ITIL Certification CompTIA Network+.
