About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to be the backbone of our sales organization. If you’ve spent time as an SDR and discovered that closing isn’t your dream path, this role is designed for you. Instead of chasing quotas, you’ll be focused on building the systems, processes, and resources that make our Sales Development Reps (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) more effective every day.
This is a career-launching opportunity into Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations . You’ll work closely with leadership to improve CRM processes, organize sales content, develop reporting, and support the team with everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inbound lead flow — monitor, qualify, and route leads to AEs, ensuring a fast and accurate handoff process.
- Keep our CRM healthy — manage data hygiene, update records, and build systems that give leadership and reps a clear view of pipeline health.
- Support the sales cycle — prepare discovery notes, organize follow-ups, and help AEs and BDRs stay on top of priorities.
- Organize sales resources — manage training content, playbooks, and documentation so the sales team always has the right tools at their fingertips.
- Develop reporting & insights — build dashboards and performance reports that guide weekly meetings and leadership reviews.
- Partner with BDRs — design targeted prospect lists and campaigns, helping them maximize efficiency and impact.
- Improve processes — identify bottlenecks, suggest tools, and roll out best practices to continuously uplevel our sales organization.
What You'll Bring
- SDR foundation — at least 1 year of SDR/BDR experience, with a strong grasp of sales workflows.
- CRM knowledge — familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales automation tools.
- Operational mindset — detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to create clarity and structure for others.
- Analytical skills — confident with Excel/Sheets and able to turn data into insights.
- Communication skills — clear written and verbal communicator, especially for internal documentation and collaboration.
- Growth mentality — eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to build a career in sales enablement/rev ops.
Who You Are
- A highly collaborative team player who thrives on helping others succeed.
- Naturally curious, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Comfortable working with both structure and ambiguity—you can build systems and adapt them as needed.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, but isn't afraid to ask questions or request support when needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of sales development experience.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to qualify prospects and handle objections in real-time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with examples of professional content.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- A university or college degree (recent graduates are welcome).
Bonus Skills (All-Star Qualities):
- Experience working in fast-paced tech companies, SaaS, or startups.
- Knowledge of the events industry, either through work experience or education.
