Le répartiteur est responsable de la coordination de la circulation des autobus, d'assurer la ponctualité des itinéraires, en plus d'être un conseiller de première ligne pour les chauffeurs et les moniteurs.

Responsabilités :
- Superviser tous les itinéraires et les horaires des autobus
- Conseiller et encadrer les chauffeurs et les moniteurs
- Gérer un grand nombre de communications téléphoniques et radio
- Recevoir les plaintes concernant les chauffeurs et les horaires et les signaler au superviseur des opérations/gestionnaire
- Agir comme premier répondant pour les communications avec un client important
- Peut être appelé à s'occuper des réservations à la demande, de la facturation et du calcul de paie des chauffeurs
- Apporter des solutions aux problèmes de cueillette et de livraison
- Compiler les journées de travail des chauffeurs et effectuer diverses tâches administratives au besoin
- Prendre en charge les affectations et les projets spéciaux
- Aider à la supervision des opérations quotidiennes
Expérience et compétences requises :
- 3 à 5 années d'expérience
- Permis de conduire de Classe 2 est exigé
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent
- Connaissances de base de l'équipement de radiorépartition
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et service à la clientèle
- Facilité à travailler sous pression et capacité de respecter des échéanciers
- Expérience antérieure acquise en tant que chauffeur, répartiteur ou préposé aux télécommunications.
- Connaissance en informatique

Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Supervise all bus routes and schedules
- Advise and supervise drivers and instructors
- Manage a large number of telephone and radio communications
- Receive and report driver and schedule complaints to the Operations Supervisor/Manager
- Act as first responder for communications with a major client
- May be responsible for on-demand bookings, billing and payroll calculations for drivers
- Provide solutions to pickup and delivery problems
- Compile driver workdays and perform various administrative tasks as required
- Take over assignments and special projects
- Assist in the supervision of daily operations
Dispatcher experience and skills required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Class 2 driver's license is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of radio dispatch equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience as a driver, dispatcher or telecommunications worker.
- Computer literacy
