We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a strategic SAP Platform Modernization initiative, with a focus on transforming legacy environments into a modern SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. This role will be central to driving end-to-end program execution, ensuring strong governance, and enabling business transformation across key functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale SAP Platform Modernization program, including migration to SAP S/4HANA
- Define and manage program governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and executive communication
- Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to align modernization efforts with organizational goals
- Oversee the integration and transformation of core business processes across finance, supply chain, and HR
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to support adoption of new SAP systems and ways of working
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful program delivery
- Apply Agile methodologies and digital transformation principles to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale SAP transformation or platform modernization programs, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA
- Strong background in program management, governance, and delivery of complex, multi-stream initiatives
- Experience working in manufacturing environments; automotive industry experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of enterprise business processes, including finance, supply chain, and human resources
- PMP certification or equivalent is required
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and digital transformation approaches
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills across diverse, global teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, including at the executive level
- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Additional Requirements:
- Must be located in Quebec
- Fluency in both English and French is required
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
