Job Description: Job is located at Rolling Meadows, IL. May also require travel to various unanticipated client sites nationally. Perform software product management. Identify and plan the project scope & deliveries. Understand & elicit requirements - discuss with the Business Owners and identify the Business needs on the product. Convert the business needs to stories and technical requirements with the help of Business Analysts. Work with the Scrum team to develop software product. Decide the priority of the stories based on priority of business needs and review development work and approve software product. Attend all Scrum calls and work with developers and testers and Scrum team to deliver the product. Perform budgeting. Maintain the backlogs and decide which Stories are high and which are low priorities. Coordinate with users/customers.
Requirements: Master’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or a related IT or Engineering role. In lieu of a Master's degree and 2 years of experience, will accept a Bachelor's degree (or the foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive experience, including 2 years as a Program Manager, Product Owner or a related IT or Engineering role.
