You as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator will:

  • Brand & Creative Support

    • Maintain and update brand guidelines, templates, and creative assets.
    • Assist with internal brand training materials and awareness initiatives.
    • Review and coordinate branded materials from internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with brand standards.
    • Support brand audits and consistency efforts across all marketing outputs.
    • Support company-wide initiatives like the Annual General Meeting and corporate events.
  • Campaign & Content Coordination

    • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing marketing and brand campaigns.
    • Develop or support the creation of promotional materials, event collateral, and presentation decks.
    • Coordinate advertising, sponsorship, and event participation requests.
    • Collaborate on content development for various platforms: website, press releases, case studies, advertisements, etc.
    • Provide copywriting and editing support ensuring consistency in tone and voice.
    • Coordinate the collection of content and resources from different teams for campaigns.
  • Project & Administrative Support

    • Manage calendars, timelines, and task lists for cross-functional projects.
    • Take and distribute meeting notes and action items from key meetings.
    • Maintain project management systems, shared drives, and team organization tools
    • Track marketing inventory, organize files, and coordinate vendor communications.
    • Provide ad-hoc support to internal teams on day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Research & Insights

    • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and tools.
    • Provide insights and tactical recommendations to support ongoing marketing strategies.

Is this the right role for you?

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or branding.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and abilitie to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of branding best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools like Monday.com is an asset.
