A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT COORDINATOR
As a Project Coordinator, you are an organizational expert! You support one or more Project Managers and provide administrative, office, and project/construction support activities. You work closely with the Project Manager(s) to ensure no slippage in project planning resulting in a controlled delivery. The Project Coordinator will participate as a team contributor by knowing the required insurance companies, independent adjusters, and First Onsite service standards. You work effectively every day with team members to ensure that service standards are implemented in accordance with the stakeholder's pre-determined goals. You contribute to timely project completion through effective communication and knowledgeable software usage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of administration experience
- Positive and "can do" attitude
- Strong communication and computer skills - MS Office
- Customer service driven
- Basic administrative/accounting math skills
- The ability to pass a background check
