Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for brokers who are:
RIBO licensed in Ontario Sales-minded and self-driven Client-focused and professional Comfortable working in a commission-based environment Willing to prospect, follow up, and build relationships Interested in building a long-term book, not just writing one-time policies Open to coaching, training, and accountability Serious about growing in personal lines, commercial lines, or both
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate understands that insurance success does not happen overnight. It comes from daily effort, strong follow-up, client education, relationship building, and consistent activity.
You may be a newer broker looking for the right environment to grow, or an experienced broker looking for better support, stronger culture, and a place where your book-building mindset is respected.

Licence Requirement
A valid RIBO licence is required for P&C insurance roles.
OTL-licensed advisors may be considered if they are serious about completing the RIBO pathway.
