Finning Canada is seeking a driven and hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead parts and warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment in our Edmonton - Regional Distribution & Field Service Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on operational excellence, team development, and delivering outstanding service to customers.

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and parts processes to ensure the accurate and timely procurement and delivery of parts to Finning (Canada) customers. You’ll play a key leadership role in daily operations, safety, process improvement, and team engagement.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely procurement and distribution of parts to internal and external customers
  • Plan, organize, and schedule daily and weekly workloads and staff schedules
  • Support training and development across all parts and warehouse functions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and collaboration
  • Lead and support change initiatives in a demanding, high-volume environment
  • Identify, implement, and continuously improve internal parts systems and processes
  • Conduct daily safety talks and facilitate regular department meetings
  • Promote and enforce Finning’s safety standards, policies, and procedures

Mandatory (Must-Have) Skills:

  • Previous supervisory or people‑leadership experience
  • Experience in a customer‑facing or service‑driven environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Caterpillar dealer processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

Soft Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to foster teamwork, engagement, and positive employee contributions
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of, and commitment to, health and safety standards
