The Chief of Staff operates as a force-multiplier for the CEO — bringing clarity to complex priorities, enforcing alignment across the enterprise, and shaping TFP’s voice in the broader healthcare and fertility landscape.
This is a high-impact, high-trust role requiring sound judgment, political acuity, executive presence, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

- Lead development of executive-level briefings, materials, and strategic communications.
2. Enterprise Coordination & Governance
- Strengthen operating cadence across the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to improve clarity, prioritization, and decision quality.
- Act as an integrator across SLT, reducing organizational drag and reinforcing enterprise over siloed thinking.
- Support Board and Committee agenda-setting, materials, and follow-up discipline.
- Ensure enterprise initiatives are appropriately resourced and sequenced.
- Improve visibility into strategic KPI tracking and progress reporting across the SLT.
3. External Relations & Industry Leadership
Lead and execute TFP’s external engagement strategy with the objective of shaping the fertility landscape in Canada and strengthening TFP’s institutional authority.

- Experience operating in a C-suite and Board-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare policy and regulatory environments.
