Oversee and guide students through clinical hours in MCG’s Massage Therapy program, ensuring they graduate practice-ready and confident. You’ll work closely with our program lead and serve as the primary mentor in our student clinic.
02 What you'll do

Supervise student-led massage therapy sessions in the campus clinical space
02
Provide real-time coaching and structured feedback after each session
03
Maintain safety standards and clinical protocols at all times
04
Assess student clinical competencies and document progress accurately
05
Coordinate with instructors to align clinical experience with classroom learning
06
Build and maintain relationships with clients who participate in the student clinic
03 What you'll bring
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing in Alberta
Minimum 3 years of active clinical practice
A passion for mentoring students and supporting their professional growth
Detail-oriented and comfortable with documentation and assessment
Eligible to work in Canada
04 Nice to have

Experience supervising students or new practitioners

Familiarity with MTAA or NHPC standards and scope

Interest in curriculum development and program improvement
