Overview:
$18.00 / hour This is a vacant position. Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age and be available to work full-time, up to 40 hours a week in order to be considered for employment.

Responsibilities:
You’ll also
- Provide guests with information either over the phone, in person, or through email
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues/concerns promptly and effectively
- Assist guests in planning a memorable and enjoyable visit to the park
- Complete sales transactions including upgrades, redemptions and Group Sales
- Use of various computerized information and sales systems
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure each guest has the Best Day of the Year experience
- Assist the Admissions supervisory team with the operation and closing procedures
- Assist guests with the ride accommodations program and provide information regarding our RAP program
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge
Qualifications:
- You!
- Applicants that are minimum 18 years of age
- Previous retail sales, customer service, and POS experience
- Individuals that have strong guest service and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Candidates that can work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
