Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Manager capacity
- Demonstrated experience working in global teams across regions and time zones
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and forecasting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI, Oracle)
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of FP&A to support AMER Construction and Procurement
- This senior individual contributor role leads budgeting, forecasting, and key accounting deliverables across a large and complex operations footprint
- The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate with precision in a fast‑paced, global setting
- The role requires leading through influence and partnering effectively across teams, along with a natural curiosity and a drive to automate and improve processes
- Lead AMER CapEx budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
- Ensure forecast accuracy by building proactive partnerships with business stakeholders and driving disciplined alignment across teams
- Own global consolidation activities and deliver executive‑level reporting packages
- Manage and deliver key accounting requirements, including close activities and variance analysis
- Support global initiatives with strategic analysis, alignment, and insights
- Identify, recommend, and assist in automation and process improvement opportunities
