About the role
A well-established full service law firm is seeking to acquire or combine with a boutique law firm (2–10 lawyers) in the Greater Toronto Area, with a focus on Vaughan, North York, and surrounding communities. The firm is interested in practices with an established client base in commercial litigation, corporate/commercial, wills & estates, or real estate, and welcomes opportunities where partners and associates are interested in transitioning together.
