We're recruiting for two leadership opportunities with one of Ontario's premier hospitality organizations, located in the Greater Niagara Region. What You'll Be Doing
🍰 Lead and inspire a pastry team of 5–6 professionals. 🍰 Create and execute exceptional desserts for upscale restaurants, corporate events, luxury weddings, and off-site catering. 🍰 Develop seasonal dessert menus that showcase creativity and quality. 🍰 Manage production, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and portion controls while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
✔ 5+ years of pastry leadership experience in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants. ✔ A passion for high-end plated desserts and large-scale event production. ✔ Strong organizational and leadership skills. ✔ The ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced kitchen. ✔ A creative mindset and a desire to mentor and develop others.
