To support this growth, we are seeking a Director, Strategy & Execution to lead the implementation of high‑impact strategic initiatives across the enterprise.
Role Overview The Director, Strategy & Execution is responsible for turning strategy into action. This role ensures that key initiatives are prioritized, structured, resourced, and executed effectively across departments. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into operational plans, drive cross‑functional alignment, and ensure measurable business outcomes. This is a high‑visibility role ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at execution, influence, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment Partner with executive leadership to translate corporate strategy into actionable programs and initiatives. Develop multi‑year roadmaps, business cases, and prioritization frameworks. Ensure initiatives align with organizational goals, financial targets, and customer experience priorities. Execution Leadership Lead the end‑to‑end execution of strategic initiatives, from planning through delivery. Establish clear milestones, KPIs, and governance structures to ensure accountability. Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive timely decision‑making. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution. Facilitate alignment across teams and ensure consistent communication of goals, progress, and outcomes. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including dealer partners and OEMs. Performance Management & Reporting Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track initiative performance and business impact. Present progress updates and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board. Continuously evaluate and optimize execution processes. Change Leadership Champion organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Support teams through transitions, ensuring adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Lead communication strategies that support clarity, engagement, and alignment.
Qualifications
Experience 5+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, program management, or business operations. Experience in automotive, financial services, leasing, or related industries is a strong asset. Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives with measurable business impact. Experience working with senior executives and influencing without authority.
Skills & Competencies Strong strategic thinking with exceptional execution discipline. Advanced project/program management capabilities. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational metrics. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
