Job Details
The City of St. Albert is recruiting an individual to join our Emergency Services department as a Municipal Enforcement Administrative Assistant. Reporting to Peace Officer Program Supervisor, this position is responsible for the administration and data entry of dog licensing, alarm permits and invoicing, and municipal ticketing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma plus three years’ experience in an office environment. Experience in a municipal government or enforcement office environment is preferred.
- Willing to be trained in the use of Tempest Dog, Tickets and Prospero Modules as well as ReportExec Records Management Systems.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered.
Hours of Work
We offer a compressed bi-weekly work schedule of 72 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 – 5:00, with a biweekly regular day off (RDO).
Compensation
- The salary ranges from $54,812.16 - $66,699.36 per year, including a comprehensive benefits package with a flexible spending account, pension plan, and accrued paid vacation starting at 3 weeks per year.
