About the role
Recruiter Location: On-site (Montreal, QC ) 4 days in office , 1 day remote Salary: $65,000 annually
We are seeking a Recruiter to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this individual will play a key role in supporting recruitment needs across multiple departments, ensuring timely hiring and smooth onboarding of qualified candidates. This role supports a wide range of positions across head office functions, including operations, marketing, development, legal, finance, and other corporate areas.
Key Responsibilities Identify current and future hiring needs and implement effective sourcing strategies Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and role profiles in line with best practices Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles Source and attract candidates through job boards, databases, social media, schools, and other channels Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial interviews and pre-screening of applicants Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers Extend job offers and support onboarding and integration processes Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications for role fit Contribute to employer branding and promote the organization as an employer of choice Perform other related recruitment duties as required
Qualifications & Experience 1-3 years of experience in recruitment Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience conducting various types of interviews Ability to build and execute recruitment strategies Strong organizational and time management abilities Able to multitask and perform well under pressure Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
