Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed real estate brokers OR Sales Representatives in good standing with RECO, and with proven sales success.
• Prior recruiting experience (team building or brokerage recruitment is A MUST).
• Strong leadership skills with a drive to advance into management or executive-level roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth.
