Project Manager – New Build ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) Location: Vaughan
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary + bonus + comprehensive benefits

Our client is a reputable and well-established General Contractor specializing in ground-up Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects across Southern Ontario. Due to a strong and growing pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.
This role is well-suited to a Project Manager with proven new build ICI experience who is looking to take ownership of complex projects within a stable and professionally run organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle, ground-up projects from pre-construction to close-out
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Administer contracts, change orders, and procurement activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reporting
- Work closely with site Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution
- Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards
Project Portfolio
- Ground-up ICI developments
- Typical project values ranging from $10M to $80M+
- Multi-disciplinary, multi-trade construction environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up ICI projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
