POSITION RESPONSIBILITES: The Molding Intern will work and train with multiple departments in the facility to get an end-to-end view of our facility, our business, and our manufacturing and molding processes. The intern will train and work with the Molding and Engineering Teams on assigned projects. This will be driven by OEE and other internal cost structures. This position will be required to work on cross functional teams. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented student who is hungry to learn about all facets of the plastics industry. Qualifications include: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology Ability to manage multiple projects Excellent quantitative and analytical skills Excellent communication, verbal, presentations and written Must be able to work and act in a professional manner with all levels of team members in the organization CORE COMPETENCIES FOR THIS POSITION Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration. Problem solving mindset with ability to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment.
