Client Executive – Enterprise Sales
About the role
Location - Regina/ Saskatoon
The Client Executive position is designed for an individual who is passionate about building relationships and supporting business growth. The Client Executive – Enterprise Sales will work to grow our End-User, Data Centre, Professional Services, and Staff Augmentation sales and be the contact point for Horizon’s Enterprise sales clients in a location and surrounding areas. Additionally, the Client Executive will work with the rest of the Horizon Team to achieve organizational and sales goals.
Client
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of client relationships between the client and the team.
- Responsible to assist in development of client projects including the solution vision, statements of work, hardware, software, labour, and cost estimates.
- Responsible to the team for developing business to meet the team targets.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the team and for building a positive team environment.
- Responsible to protect the team member(s) rights as required under Governing Law, and under the operation policies of Horizon.
- Responsible for the development of both personnel sales proficiencies and personal skills through planning and positive mentorship.
Productivity
- Responsible to create and management of sales opportunities.
- Responsible to assist sales strategies.
- Responsible to lead sales of Horizon solutions, products, and services to clients as required.
- Responsible for all other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Manager, Project Lead, and Project Manager.
Leadership
- Responsible to promote the messages, standards, and image of the Horizon brand.
- Responsible for following, encouraging, and enforcing the standards outlined within Horizon’s policies.
- Responsible to assist in the mentorship of fellow employees.
Reporting
- Reports directly to Regional Manager
- Responsible to work with the assigned Team Lead, Service Coordinators,
Project Leads, and Project Managers
