Our client, a leading organization in the legal and commercial services sector, is seeking a Contract Specialist to join their team. As a Contract Specialist, you will be part of the Contract Management team supporting various projects and accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contract Specialist Location: Fully remote with travel if and when required Pay: Rate offered: $50hr + HST Incorporated. or $42hr on T4 payroll.

What's the Job? Support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts, working closely with account leadership and stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities. Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies. Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, working collaboratively with project leadership to achieve optimal outcomes. Support pre-award sales activities by engaging with delivery teams regarding deal shaping and contractual outcomes, including contract drafting support. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts, demonstrating professionalism and a client-focused approach. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in contract management. Membership in professional organizations such as IACCM or NCMA, or professional certification, is considered a plus. Ability to work across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Strong understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What's in it for me?
