The role is part-time – evening and weekend availability is required.

Based at Carrefour de l’Estrie and reporting to the Team Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Stay informed about all services offered at the center, its amenities and facilities, its stores, promotional activities, and customer comfort tools;
  • Welcome visitors to the center; provide information, directions, and guidance while ensuring a customer experience marked by attentiveness, courtesy, and helpfulness;
  • Respond to requests from internal and external clients by providing accurate and relevant information, and redirect them to the appropriate contacts as needed;
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams (security, housekeeping, etc.);
  • Carry out the daily tasks related to the customer service desk in accordance with established policies and procedures;
  • Handle the sale of gift cards, cash balancing, and reconciliation of sales;
  • Assist the shopping center’s management team with various administrative, operational, and basic marketing tasks;
  • Perform any other related duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (Secondary V);
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Basic computer knowledge (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
