How You’ll Contribute
You’ll be at the front line of our growth—connecting with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations. In this role, you will:
- Reach out to senior executives and invite them to join high-impact leadership summits
- Spot new business opportunities by digging into a variety of sources and channels
- Stay sharp on industry shifts, competitor moves, and what matters most to our audience
- Build lasting relationships with leaders from some of the world’s top companies
- Work closely with teams across Assemble to deliver standout events that set us apart
What Sets You Up for Success
You don’t need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- A post-secondary degree
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication skills—especially the confidence to lead conversations over the phone
- A natural curiosity and a consultative approach to learning what makes leaders tick
- Willingness to reach out to senior decision-makers and build relationships from the first call
- A self-starter attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Comfort working toward ambitious goals in a fast-moving, supportive environment
- A genuine interest in helping others make smarter decisions through great peer conversations
