Are you an experienced automotive technician passionate about cars and driven by excellence? Downtown Chrysler, a pivotal part of the revolutionary Downtown AutoGroup, is in search of a skilled Licensed Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team!

Your Role
As a Licensed Automotive Technician, your extensive knowledge and expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and maintenance to our guests' vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing and repairing vehicles while ensuring all work is completed correctly, aligning with DAG’s standard of excellence and embodying a “fix it right the first time” attitude. You’ll join a strong tightly-knit team where you’ll have the opportunity to both mentor apprentices and receive mentorship from senior master technicians.
Key Qualifications
- Certificate of Qualification: Automotive Service Technician – 310S, Red Seal.
- Experience with Stellantis / FCA vehicles
- Proven experience as a licensed automotive technician.
- Demonstrable ability to diagnose and repair vehicles effectively.
- Excellent time management, with an ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers.
- Solid understanding of vehicle service requirements.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points.

Downtown Autogroup (DAG) is a collection of 10 automobile sales and service facilities representing 12 of the most respected brands in the automotive world.
Founded by Shahin Alizadeh in the early 90's, DAG has grown from a single Toyota dealership to a group with over four-hundred employees.
