HOURS: As scheduled, Monday through Friday

JOB SUMMARY:

The UNP Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring students receive nutritious and timely meals in a welcoming environment. This

position is responsible for assisting with the planning, preparation, and service of breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the

day. Additional duties will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all food preparation and distribution areas,

accurately managing food inventory, and ensuring proper stocking. The Supervisor will work closely with school staff and team

members to support a positive and efficient food service experience for all students.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, as scheduled:

  • 7:15 am – 9:15 am

This position supports the strategic actions of the Multi-Year Strategic Plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A valid Food Handler’s Certificate or willingness to obtain within 30 working days is required.
  • Previous experience in food preparation or working in a school nutrition program or similar is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search & Clear report from the Child Abuse Registry.
