Aim of the Role Lead and inspire the Housekeeping teams across 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Apartments & The Chelsea Townhouse to deliver exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout the hotel, ensuring guests experience the highest standards of luxury and care.
Below are some of the Responsibilities;
- Maintain brand standards for guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities.
- Ensure secure key handling and uphold guest privacy and safety.
- Work with Operations and General Managers on budgets and business plans.
- Recruit, train, and develop the team; conduct inductions and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and COSHH regulations.
- Efficiently manage housekeeping payroll, stock control, supplier relationships, and monthly inventory reporting.
- Oversee PPM and Spring Clean schedules; maintain accurate logs and inventories.
- Foster collaboration with Maintenance and Front Office teams.
Essential Criteria
- Previous senior housekeeping experience within luxury/boutique five star hotels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and supplier relationships.
Desirable
- Hospitality or housekeeping qualifications (NVQ, SVQ, diploma).
- AA Red Star experience in luxury/boutique hotels.
- Previous working with Forbes standards.
