• Urban recruitment incentive of $50,000.00 with a return of service or Rural recruitment incentive of $100,000 with a return of service

What You Will Do The Oncology Physician will join a well-established team of oncologists at one of our facilities. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care, with opportunities to participate in subspecialty activities catering to the applicant’s interest. Opportunities and responsibilities may include:

• Provide high-quality care for patients with a range of oncological conditions across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings
• Collaborate closely with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated oncology care
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and service development
• Contribute to teaching, academic activities, and mentorship of medical learners
• Support the ongoing advancement of oncology services in New Brunswick.

Who You Are

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Certification in Medical Oncology with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) or equivalent.
• Candidates must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick.
• Proficiency in English is required. Bilingual skills would be considered an asset.
• Interest in academic practice, teaching, or subspecialisation in oncology is considered an asset.
