We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with helping accomplish Royalton Hotels & Resorts wedding program objectives through assisting initial client inquiries. You will work directly with potential clients to answer event questions and book wedding dates. To promote the Royalton Hotels & Resorts wedding program through daily customer interaction. You will generate customer loyalty through excellence in customer service, efficiency, expert product knowledge and selling skills. What You’ll Do:

• Actively responding to Wedding Package inquiry phone calls, voicemails, web form submissions and emails for all Royalton Hotels & Resorts.
• Works with external travel agents, wedding planners and wedding couples on their questions regarding a wedding at a Royalton Hotels & Resorts property.
• Closes the group by ensuring locations are accurately confirmed & available, processing deposit, emailing onsite team & introducing clients to wedding planner.
• Confirming honeymoon bookings
• Follow-up emails & phone calls with potential clients
• Booking TUI/local wedding dates in Royalton calendar based on information provided by on-site teams.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with individual clients, showcasing the Royalton experience.
• Collect feedback for completed wedding clients
• General administrative duties as assigned by management

What You’ll Need:

• Strong organizational, customer service & problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Destination weddings or hotel experience an asset.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Great team player with positive attitude.
• Experience with TravelWorks or another accounting program an asset.
• Experience with SalesForce or another CRM system an asset.
• A process driven individual with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Able to work and share responsibilities within a team environment.
• TICO certification required, can get this upon job acceptance.
