Here’s How We Do Things Differently:
Faris Team Real Estate is currently seeking an client engagement partner at our Barrie, ON location. The successful candidate will play a key role in our rapidly expanding team and has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified appointments, and funneling them into our sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team with a vision to transform the real estate industry. Faris Team is comprised of the brightest professionals and has built its culture upon its core values of Love, On Fire, Excellence, Growth, Innovation, and Wow.
Responsibilities:

Track monthly and quarterly performance and key sales metrics to ensure sales targets are met

Turn prospective leads into qualified real estate appointments by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
-
Ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information is entered and maintained within the company CRM
-
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process.
Qualifications:
- Real estate license is NOT required
- A minimum of at least 5 years of B2B or B2C phone sales experience
- Must be proficient in sales-related Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Proficient with Microsoft suites such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficient with CRM technologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
