- Remote Work: 100% Remote Work Home-office based.
- Travel Requirements: Travel in Alberta, with occasional travel across Canada.
- Time Required in the field: 60% (approximately).

The Role The Senior Foodraising Manager, Alberta will champion our mission to rescue surplus food by creating strategic alliances with Alberta’s food businesses. Success means cultivating and retaining high-volume food donors and ensuring rescued food flows seamlessly into our charitable network. Regular travel within Alberta and close collaboration with operations and logistics teams is required to deliver operational excellence. Your Impact
- Expand Our Network: Identify and engage potential food donors through proactive networking, cold calls, and dynamic presentations to turn leads into lasting partnerships.
- Boost Donation Quality: Recruit and re-energize both existing and lapsed donors, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality surplus food.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize donation processes and support impactful, large-volume food rescue initiatives.
- Enhance Supply Assurance: Optimize rescued food delivery by leveraging our in-house and third-party fleets alongside the Second Harvest Food Rescue App, ensuring seamless end-to-end movement between donors and non-profit network.
- Innovate and Adapt: Monitor outreach success, gather donor feedback, and fine-tune strategies to maximize community impact.
