Southland Co-op is located in south central Saskatchewan operating 10 locations in the 5 communities of Assiniboia, Coronach, Gravelbourg, Lafleche and Mossbank. What you’ll do:

Manage, co-ordinate, and perform all general ledger and subledger clearing

Manage, co-ordinate, and maintain all G/L account reconciliations including all bank reconciliations which needs to be done on a weekly basis. All other balance sheet accounts must be reconciled on a per-period basis.

JDE on-site expert for department procurement (formerly RCBK). Assist all users in navigating through JDE to do their goods and service receipts. Also, must ensure that all end users receive their FCL invoices to do their receiving. Provide mentorship and support to the accounts payable function.

Ensuring strict confidentiality, prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other critical documents as required by the General Manager and/or Controller.

Who you are:
- You have a diploma or certificate, with a preference for Accounting, Office Administration or Office Management.
- You have 2-4 years of relevant experience in office administration.
- You are proficient in Office 365
- You have JDE Lead training with focus on procurement and/or JDE experience.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- You're honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and you strive to be the best at what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
